I have recently purchased Topple 2 from ngmoco, and I must say, its pretty good… Topple was amazing… but Topple 2 is just that much more.

I have not played it all that much, but I will update with my thoughts when I have.

as some of you may know, I own an ipod touch 2G, awesome device, but that’s not what this post is about, this post is about the jailbreak for 3.0.

I jailbroke my ipod a few days ago and I must say, wow… I love the new overall feel of the device now.

so I am going to be answering some questions:

but is it worth it? heck yeah… ever sense I jailbroke, my device has felt more and more like a little miniature linux machine rather a locked down idiot proof apples device, it feels amazing being able to do just about whatever I want, like multi-tasking… multi-tasking… oh yeah, did I mention multi-tasking?!

but it voids your warranty! yes and no… mostly yes but just enough no… you see, it technically voids your warranty, but some of the people that would replace your ipod don’t even care… but I would do a proper restore so they would not be able to tell anyway.

isn’t it illegal? not really… apple wants it to be… and is trying REALLY hard for it to be… but its not official yet, it all depends on what the copyright office says about it at this point… so, no.

is it buggy? not really… I have not noticed really anything different other than the fact that I can do more things with it… cydia is slow, but I use icy instead…

help would be awesome because (though it may not seam that way) putting together the 5mintechcast is not picnic… think about it, putting all that info in a 5 minute podcast? yeah…

also, having editors would be amazing… and maybe someone to help with the theme?

not gonna worry to much right now, just gonna focus on the content… hopefully I will have an update to the 5mintechcast soon…
